shipping & returns

The Forms currently is only shipping within the European Union. 

Any shipping within the EU is free of charge right now. 

We have a 14-day return policy. Within that time period, you can request a return, free of charge. For a return request contact us under service@theforms.de and we will reach out to you with further instructions. We are not accepting returns that are not announced to us prior. 

To be eligible for a return the garment must remain in the condition you have received it in. Furthermore, the tag of the item must be undamaged and still attached to the garment. 

Refund: as soon as we have received your return we will inspect the returned item. If the return is accepted we will start the process to refund you. Please keep in mind that this can take some time, depending on the payment method chosen by you.

If you have received a damaged article you have to reach out to us via service@theforms.de within 3 days after receiving said item.
