The French fashion label Patou is behind the lilac-colored dress with a pleated skirt. The tight pleats fan out as the wearer begins to move, revealing the full volume of the piece. The top of the dress leaves nothing to be desired either. Ruching highlights the deep V-neck, revealing a lot of skin. A counterbalance to this is provided by lightweight puffed sleeves that taper tightly at the wrists and are closed there with zippers in a Victorian manner.
