PRADA BOWLING Bag. Who doesn’t like to look back at old, by now even vintage, Prada? Twenty-two years ago, Pradas’ spring summer 2000 collection created the first craze for the bowling bag – as a handbag. Not to forget: back in the 50s and 60s the bag already has been somewhat of a trend for the very first time. But back then it was to carry an actual bowling ball, not your daily essentials. The upgraded version kept the rounded corners but has some added details, like decorative leather panels to enhance the design.

Today the bowling bag is everywhere. The Prada version has been ahead of the curve again, beeing re-introduced in Pradas Resort 2020 collection. Now you can see the shape being reinterpreted by many, from the high-street to Pradas’ competing luxury Maison.
